By creating an account or using RateNest, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use RateNest.

• You keep ownership of the reviews, photos, videos, and live streams you post.
• You grant RateNest a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app.
• Your content must be honest, based on real experiences, and must not infringe others' rights.

Do not use RateNest to post illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually explicit content; to impersonate others; to scrape or abuse the service; or to circumvent security controls. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Paid, fake, or coordinated reviews are prohibited and may be removed.

You are responsible for the content you broadcast. Do not stream illegal activity, private events without consent, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to.

Business information may be pulled from providers like Google Maps Platform. RateNest does not endorse or guarantee any listed business, and we are not responsible for interactions between users and businesses.

You can stop using RateNest at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

RateNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of business data, or availability of any specific feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms. Continued use of RateNest after changes means you accept the updated terms.
